My name is Nick and here is a little about me...

An entrepeneur and recruiter by trade, push over dad by heart .
I'm addicted to the following: 
My Wife, My little man (aka munchkin man), my cockapoo, coffee, boxing and building "stuff"
I have always been driven by making a difference and addig value, whether this is in developing people's skills or building long long lasting relationships.

I consider myself to be a solutions guy who runs towards challanges as well as having the mindset of improving and never settling.

OUR JOURNEY

phase one.

Voltaic group started as a recruitment training business called EML where I built L&D platforms and developed internal/external recruiters in the renewables space.

phase two.

I then set up the search firm so i can build a talent agency who was forward thinking and had my values/methodologies running through its veins.
Once the core team was assembled EML became Voltaic group.

phase three.

Phase three is going to focus on developing our networks, continuing to add huge value to our clients and exploring how AI can help transform our approaches to benefit our process's.

phase four.

Phase four will be continuing our international growth whilst ensuring our standards are always met and we are making a genuine positive difference to the renewable market.
